Terms of Service
Last updated: 3 October 2026
Please read these Terms carefully. By signing in with Steam or otherwise using this website you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Who we are
This website (the "Service", "we", "us") is operated by CS2skinmarket, registered at Presidentinpuistokatu 18, Pori, Finland. You can reach us at [email protected]. Full company details are listed in our Imprint.
2. What the Service does
The Service lets users exchange virtual items for the video game Counter-Strike 2 ("Items") with the inventory held by our automated Steam accounts ("Bots"). Every exchange is carried out through Steam's standard trade-offer system and must be confirmed by you in Steam.
The Service is not a gambling service. We do not offer case openings, jackpots, roulettes, coin flips, betting or any game of chance.
The Service is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Valve Corporation. Counter-Strike, CS2 and Steam are trademarks of Valve Corporation.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country, if higher).
- You must have a Steam account in good standing that you own and control, with Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator enabled.
- You may not use the Service if you are located in, or a resident of, a country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if you are on any sanctions list.
- You may not use the Service where doing so is prohibited by local law. You are responsible for checking the laws that apply to you.
4. Your account
You sign in through Steam's official OpenID page. We receive your public SteamID and, where available, your public profile name and avatar. We never receive your Steam password. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your Steam account on our Service and for keeping your Steam account secure.
One person may use only one account on the Service. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.
5. Trades
- Item values shown on the Service are set by us based on market data and may change at any time before a trade offer is sent.
- A trade is final once you accept the trade offer in Steam and Steam completes it. Please check every item in the offer before confirming.
- Only accept trade offers sent from the Bot shown on your trade page on our site. We are not responsible for offers sent by other accounts pretending to be us.
- Some Items carry a Steam trade restriction ("trade lock"). The remaining lock time is shown on the Item. Locked Items are delivered once Steam allows it.
- We may decline, cancel or reverse a trade if we reasonably believe it involves an error in pricing, fraud, stolen Items, a breach of these Terms or a legal requirement.
6. Fees and balances
Where a trade is not of equal value, the difference and any applicable fee are shown before you confirm. Any on-site balance has no cash value outside the Service unless a withdrawal option is explicitly offered and is subject to our AML & KYC Policy.
7. Prohibited conduct
- Using the Service for money laundering, fraud, or to trade stolen or illegally obtained Items.
- Using bots, scripts, exploits or automated tools against the Service, or interfering with its operation.
- Impersonating our staff or Bots, or attempting to obtain other users' credentials.
- Using another person's Steam account, or allowing others to use yours.
- Abusing pricing errors, promotions or referral programmes.
8. Verification
We may ask you to verify your identity, source of funds or ownership of Items in line with our AML & KYC Policy. We may pause trades until verification is complete.
9. Intellectual property
The Service's name, logo, site design and content are owned by us or our licensors. Item names and images belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Steam outages, maintenance, trade holds or changes made by Valve may affect the Service and are outside our control.
11. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or losses caused by Steam, Valve, your own mistakes when confirming trades, or the compromise of your Steam account. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, you keep all rights given to you by mandatory consumer law.
12. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Where possible, we will let you know the reason and give you the opportunity to withdraw Items that legitimately belong to you.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date shows the current version. For material changes we will give notice on the site before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from the mandatory protections of the country where you live and may bring proceedings there. Please contact [email protected] first — most issues are resolved quickly. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
