Refund Policy
Last updated: 3 October 2026
1. Item-for-item trades
Trades are completed through Steam trade offers that you review and confirm yourself. Once Steam completes a trade it cannot be reversed by us, so trades are generally final. Please check every item before confirming in the Steam Mobile app.
2. When we will put things right
- Failed or incomplete trades — if Steam fails to deliver Items, or only part of a trade is completed, we will return your Items or complete the delivery.
- Our errors — if a trade was completed with a clear mistake on our side (for example a wrong Item sent by our Bot), we will correct it.
- Trade-locked Items not delivered — if a locked Item is not delivered within 48 hours of the lock ending, we will deliver it or offer an Item of equal value.
3. Balance top-ups (if offered)
If you add funds to an on-site balance and have not used them, you can request a refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Refunds may require identity verification under our AML & KYC Policy. Funds already used in a trade cannot be refunded. Chargebacks filed without first contacting support may lead to account suspension.
4. Statutory rights (EU/UK consumers)
Digital items are supplied immediately at your request. By confirming a trade you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery has started. Your other statutory rights are not affected.
5. Not covered
- Changes in an Item's market value after the trade.
- Trades confirmed with accounts that are not our official Bots (scam offers).
- Losses caused by a compromised Steam account or API key.
- Restrictions or bans placed on your account by Valve.
6. How to request a review
Email [email protected] within 30 days of the trade with your SteamID64, the trade offer ID and a short description. We reply within 2 business days.
